Black Silence NTT character mod

This mod adds Black Silence From LoR as a playable character. Also adds a couple of weps from his(or her)'s arsenal

Active: Blink - moves in a short distance( in direction of mouse)

UltraA: Spirit of a past - summons spirit that fights with you(may have some strange behavior)

UltraB: Furioso - after a fixed amount of kills done by players, enters in rage mod(twice per level)

Throne butt: Have a chance to create 2-nd shot from weapon
